When Obligo is available at your home we'll send you an invite to live deposit-free. Your deposit will then be applied to rent.

At move-out, if there are no charges you're all set! 

If there are charges, your property manager or landlord will bill you through the Obligo platform. You'll then have the flexibility to pay Obligo back in either a lump sum or interest-free installments.

How is my security deposit applied to rent?

Once you sign-up and qualify for Obligo's service, your landlord or property manager will apply your deposit as rent credit in your account.
